授業のねらいと達成目標 /Course Objectives |
The aim of this course is to develop students' English productive skills in both speaking and writing, in particular writing that supports the speaking. The course covers both long and short-form speaking, so work will be done on developing students' speech-making and presentation abilities, as well as conversation. This course complements course A which focuses more on writing. |

The course will be conducted in English. Students will need to take part actively as they will be learning how to make speeches and present themselves and content effectively. They will learn how to express themselves in English conversational situations effectively and with confidence. In this they should work collaboratively with classmates as well as with the teacher. The use of various apps on mobile devices such as phones and tablets will also be encouraged for developing speaking skills. Students will also practice writing clear short sentences so they can express themselves effectively in both speeches and reaction comments.
